Salt bath hardening production line in YT components offers high temperature uniformity.
Purpose of the salt bath hardening line:
Bainite quenching or marquenching of the middle and large bearing applied in metallurgical bearing, rolling mill bearing, and railway bearing.
How to work:
1.Put bearing on the loader, and it will enter the furnace automatically and periodically.
2.After heated to around 850℃, choose martensite quenching/tempering or bainite quenching;
3.Clean, dry and unload.
4.Quenching Capabilities:15-18 ton/d,6000-7000 ton/year

This production line is consisted of automatic self-loader, pre-cleaning machine, roller type heating furnace, lifting type salt bath quenching tank, salt bath isothermal tank, after washing machine,cooler, unloading platform, etc..
Features

3. Nitrate solution advantages over quenching oil when applied in salt bath martensite quenching:In the high temperature zone, the cooling runs faster as there is no vapor step, and thus the thick-wall work-piece can get refined quenching structure; In the low temp. Zone, the cooling speed reaches nearly zero, then the quenching deformation is less likely to happen. Also, it is convenient to control the cooling speed by adjusting the water volume. Because of this ideal characteristic, salt bath quenching has been one of the most important way to improve heat treatment in famous bearing companies like SKF and FAG.
4. Lifting type quenching tank makes work-piece easier to go up and down, with moving speed adjustable and stable. There are two Frequency mixers in the saltpeter, and salt solution flows in the diversion channel, with flow range and frequency adjustable.
5. The lifting design in the moving components and heating components makes it easier to repair as the additional salt pump and separate molten salt tank are not necessary any more. Now we can repair or replace the components by just lifting them.
6. Environmental-friendly. No nitrate steam is released thanks to the unique waste gas treatment. Moreover, water is added from the pre-washing machine, thus reducing the salt percentage in the water. With the device of salt concentration monitor and auto-separate of salt and water, salt will be extracted and recycled when salt percentage is found higher than the upper limit. In this way, it is unlikely that waste water with salt can be emitted.
7. Economical cost. The cost of nitrate is lower than the quenching oil. And it will never gets bad as simple lonic ctystals with stable chemical structure.
