Last week, European commodity manager from off-highway driveline technologies in D*** Group visited YT components. D*** Group is a leading steel manufacturer, service and solution provider and also manufactures automotive lubricants.

1.Salt bath hardening line
Salt bath hardening line,our latest investment, can largely increase our capacity and hardenability.  The capacity reaches 15-18ton per day, and 6000-7000 tons per year. Currently we focus on martensite quenching and tempering. The test result of the structure is fine, and we still need to improve the color.

2. 800T forging line

Temperature control is essential in the forging process. Three-way sorting device is installed in our induction heating line.We check and record the stability of three-way sorting in the beginning of every shift. No workpiece is allowed to be taken out from the induction furnace without the sorting process.

3.raw material management

YT components, as the experienced supplier for rolled ring forging, CNC machining, and heat treatment, has a sound system for raw material management. We are running color management to prevent the steel mix. Portable metal tester is applied for every single bar in the incoming inspection test.
